Your 14-Day Trial Kit ships first — you pay shipping only, no product charge. 14 days after delivery, your first full-size Rejuvenate Extract ships automatically at $80. That's when your subscription starts.

Processing & Handling

Trial Kit: How Your Two Shipments Work

When you order the 14-Day Trial Kit, you will receive two separate shipments. Shipment 1 ships immediately — your 28 sachets, shipping charge only. Shipment 2 ships 14 days after delivery — your first full-size Rejuvenate Extract at $80, which starts your subscription.

You can cancel before Shipment 2 ships. Log in to your account, click Cancel Subscription. One click. No phone calls. No forms. Your charge date is in your confirmation email and account dashboard.

Subscription Orders

Your Rejuvenate Extract ships automatically every 30 days. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least [CLIENT INPUT: cutoff, e.g. 48 hours] before your next charge date.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. If you haven't received a confirmation within [CLIENT INPUT: number] business days of placing your order, contact us at [CLIENT INPUT: support email].

Lost, Damaged, Or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days at [support email]. We'll resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

Returns

60-Day Guarantee

If you don't see improvement within 60 days of consistent twice-daily use, we'll refund your full purchase price. No questions. No need to return the product. One email or one click from your account. Applies to both the Trial Kit and the Rejuvenate Extract. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Or Incorrect Items
